How to Request Data Deletion

You can request the deletion of your personal data in the following ways:

If you have an account with Cancer Delta AI, you can initiate a data deletion request directly from your account settings:

1. Log in to your Cancer Delta AI account
2. Navigate to "Account Settings"
3. Select "Privacy & Data"
4. Click on "Delete My Data"
5. Follow the confirmation steps to complete your request

2. By Email

You can send a data deletion request to our privacy team at privacy@cancerdelta.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."

Please include the following information in your email:

• Your full name
• Email address associated with your Cancer Delta AI account
• A clear statement requesting the deletion of your data

What Happens After You Submit a Request

After we receive your data deletion request:

1. We will verify your identity to ensure the security of your data
2. We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 10 business days
3. We will process your request within 30 days (or notify you if we need additional time)
4. We will send you confirmation once your data has been deleted

Data We Will Delete

Upon your request, we will delete personal data associated with your account, including:

• Account information (name, email, phone number)
• Profile information
• User-generated content
• Usage history and interaction data
• Health-related information you've shared

Data Retention for Legal Purposes

Please note that we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as:

• Information needed for tax, legal, accounting, or regulatory compliance
